Product information and prices

Bike specifications, colours, photos and prices on this site come from the manufacturers' own published information and are shown in good faith. Manufacturers change their models, specs and prices, so details may change without notice. Prices shown are the manufacturer's suggested retail price unless stated otherwise. Availability is not guaranteed: please call or text us to confirm stock, sizing and the final price before you buy. If a price or detail on the site is wrong, we will tell you before any sale is completed.

Orders

This website does not take orders or payments. Every purchase is arranged with us directly, by phone, text or in the shop, and is only final once we have confirmed it with you.

Financing

Third-party financing may be available through Snap Finance (apply with Snap). Boston E-Bikes does not provide, arrange or approve financing. Applications, approvals, payments and terms are between you and Snap Finance, under Snap's own terms.

Warranty

Warranty coverage comes from each manufacturer and differs by brand. Velotric e-bikes carry a full 2-year warranty; other brands' terms vary, so ask us for the details of the bike you are considering.

Repairs and service

We quote repairs before we start, and no work is done until you approve the quote. Parts, accessories and installation are extra unless a quote says otherwise, and diagnostic and troubleshooting time is billed hourly. Service is by appointment, so please call or text ahead. We do not repair electric scooters.

Riding safely and legally

Some models on this site are rated above 28 mph or are built for off-road use, and may not be legal on public roads, bike paths or sidewalks. You are responsible for knowing and following the laws where you ride, for wearing appropriate safety gear, and for riding within your ability. Ask us where and how a model can be ridden.

Content and trademarks

The Boston E-Bikes name, logo and the content of this site belong to Boston E-Bikes. Brand names, product names and product photos belong to their respective manufacturers and are used to describe the products we sell. Customer reviews are quoted from Google.

Links to other sites

This site links to other websites, such as manufacturers, Google, Instagram, Facebook and Yelp. We are not responsible for their content or policies.

No warranty for the website; limits of liability

The website is provided "as is". We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not promise that it will always be error-free or online. To the extent the law allows, Boston E-Bikes is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under Massachusetts consumer protection law.
